PSA levels should be almost undetectable after surgery or Radiation Therapy for Early Stage and Regional Prostate Cancer. When PSA levels don’t fall to zero or they elevate again after treatment, without spreading to other organs (M0), that means that the cancer is either recurrent or persistent. Following treatment will depend on the treatment you received before, either surgery or Radiation Therapy. If the patient only underwent surgery or Radiation Therapy, without ATD, it is considered castration naive M0 Prostate Cancer.

Familiarize yourself with castration naive recurrent or persistent Prostate Cancer M0 ADT options below and then Click Create My Conversation Guide to prepare a list of questions to discuss with your doctor. Always remember, the more you know, the more likely you’ll achieve your treatment goals.
